Our Mission
To empower women in the nonprofit Salesforce community to be fearless leaders in technology.
Our Vision
We foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive community where women who use Salesforce for nonprofits can share wisdom, gain proficiency, improve their organizations, and facilitate meaningful conversations.
Girlforce exists to close the gap between potential and opportunity for women working with Salesforce in the nonprofit space. The community understands that technical skill is only part of the journey — confidence, visibility, and connection are equally essential. Members find a space where questions are welcomed, mistakes are treated as learning moments, and every achievement is celebrated. Whether someone is just starting on Trailhead or has years of experience building complex automations, the group meets them where they are. The shared goal is simple: help more women step into leadership roles, raise their hands for challenging projects, and see themselves as the technologists they already are.
The community thrives on practical, hands-on learning. Members swap tips on reporting, workflows, and process automation, breaking down complex features into approachable steps. Beyond the technical, there is a deep commitment to authentic storytelling — women sharing their career journeys, the obstacles they have overcome, and the lessons they have learned along the way. These stories do more than inspire; they provide a roadmap for others navigating similar paths. Sessions, conversations, and shared resources are designed to be immediately useful, so members leave with ideas they can apply the same day to improve their organizations and advance their own skills.
At its heart, Girlforce is about lifting each other up through genuine community. The group fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are not just welcomed but actively sought. Members support one another through career transitions, certification preparation, and the daily challenges of working in nonprofit technology. The energy carries beyond individual conversations, creating ripples that strengthen the wider Salesforce ecosystem. By building a network of fearless, capable women, Girlforce helps ensure that the voices shaping nonprofit technology are as varied and vibrant as the communities those organizations serve.
